Orders can be delivered as quickly as the next working day. 1st class with Royal Mail arrives the next day for the vast majority of people. However, they do not guarantee next-day delivery. If you require your medicine the next day we suggest selecting Special Delivery.  All orders received before 2pm will be reviewed and dispatched on the same working day. Any orders received after 14:00 or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.​

Estimated delivery dates are provided in the checkout and the courier will notify you with a date and time window when the parcel is ready to be delivered. You can follow the progress of your parcel using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

We may add certain delivery options to your listings in order to help improve buyer experience. 

All packages will be sent in discreet, tamper-proof packaging and meet the guidelines of Royal Mail to fit easily through your letterbox. When you select your delivery address, you will be given the option to confirm that it is safe and appropriate for a package containing medicines to be posted through your letterbox. Do not select this option if it is not safe for the package to be posted through the letterbox, for example, due to animals or small children being able to access your post. We will confirm in the checkout whether your parcel is likely to fit through the letterbox.
